Document processing
When you choose a lease or reconciliation file, supported text and spreadsheet data are processed locally in your browser. The file contents, filenames, property names, tenant names, account names, and charge amounts are not sent to or stored by CloseDelta.
Anonymous product events
We store limited anonymous events such as a page visit, starting or completing a review, downloading a report, and the referring campaign label. These events use randomly generated browser and session identifiers. They do not include document contents or the financial values entered into the tool.
Browser storage
CloseDelta uses browser storage for anonymous visitor and session identifiers so we can understand whether the free tool is useful and whether a visitor returns. Clearing site data in your browser removes those local identifiers.
Infrastructure logs
Our hosting and security providers may process routine technical information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the service.
Do not submit secrets
Use only documents you are authorized to review. Remove unnecessary personal information, access credentials, or unrelated confidential data before opening a file in any software.
Changes
We may update this notice as the product changes. The effective date above will identify the current version.
