CloseDelta is currently available without a fee or account. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features in the future. Any future paid offering will be presented separately before a user incurs a charge.
Informational output
The service provides automated first-pass organization and calculation tools. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial, or professional lease-audit advice. Results may be incomplete or incorrect and must be verified against the signed lease and complete supporting records.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for using accurate inputs, confirming deadlines and notice procedures, obtaining appropriate professional advice, and deciding whether and how to communicate with a landlord or other party. Do not withhold payment or assert a formal claim based only on CloseDelta output.
Authorized use
Use the service only with documents and information you are authorized to access. Do not use it unlawfully, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or submit malicious files.
No guaranteed result
A flagged charge is a question for review, not proof of an overcharge. CloseDelta does not guarantee savings, recovery, dispute outcomes, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular lease.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and CloseDelta is not responsible for decisions, missed deadlines, claims, losses, or disputes arising from reliance on automated output.
